Drero Realty, LLC has been working on some great services to roll out in 2008! They include a new Remote Rehabber service that will allow real estate investors from all over the country to have our investment team oversee their project (in the Pittsburgh region) for a flat fee (as opposed to a percentage of the labor and costs).
Other services include the Property Checker that will offer detailed photos and/or video/voice overviews of properties and an affordable rate. We'll also intend to become a hub for investors that are in need of hard money for their flipping and/or refinancing needs. With our growing relationships with numerous banks and private lenders, we'll be able to find the best home for your potential rehab property.
These services in addition to our personal and business credit builder, booster, and restoration services and mortgage brokering through our sister-company, Source National Mortgage, shall prove to make us one-step closer to being your true one-stop shop for your investment and financing needs.
